Monthly Task Schedule

Week-by-week delivery structure for Ignition and Accelerate clients
ℹ️
At the start of each month (Week 1), run a report for each active channel. This surfaces the specific tasks for that month and builds out your ClickUp task list. The schedules below are the standard delivery cadence — individual client tasks may vary.

Notes

  • Week 1 report — always run the channel report in Week 1 to identify specific optimisation tasks for the month. This is what populates your ClickUp task list.
  • Google Ads optimisation — the MM Ads Autopilot handles routine weekly optimisation automatically. Your Monday task is to review and approve/reject Autopilot proposals in Slack, not manually review every keyword. See the Autopilot User Guide ↗.
  • Landing page targets — Accelerate: 2 new pages per month. Ignition: 1 page total (first month), then optimise only. Use the LP pipeline for new builds where possible.
  • SEO (Accelerate) — TAM built in Month 1 Week 1 is the source of truth for all keyword targeting throughout the engagement. Update it as new opportunities emerge.
  • Internal review before launch — every new campaign and every new landing page must be reviewed internally before going live. Assign to "Needs Review" in ClickUp.
